About the Exam Cell

The Exam Cell was established since in the inception of the college. The cell consists of Chief Superintendent / Principal and other respective subordinates, who are molding as the backbone of the Exam Cell. Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) schedule is based on the academic calendar which is posted on the website well in advance. The primary responsibility of the Exam Cell is conducting all examinations (both Internal and External) in a fair and systematic manner under the directions of the Chief Superintendent / Principal.

Objectives

  • To create an efficient timetable for exams that accommodates various subjects, classes, and student groups without clashes

  • To manage exam-related paperwork, registration processes, and ensuring students meet eligibility criteria to attend the exams

  • To organize exam venues, seating arrangements, and necessary facilities like exam halls, desks, and equipment

  • To maintain exam confidentiality, and ensuring fairness and impartiality in the exam process

  • To provide support to students with disabilities or special needs, ensuring they have necessary accommodations during exams

  • To disseminate information about exam schedules, rules, and any changes to students and faculty

  • To assist in the collection of exam papers and handing it to the respective departments

  • To ensure that exam processes adhere to institutional policies, regulations, and examination board guidelines

  • To collect feedback from students and faculty and addressing the grievances
